These General Terms and Conditions for Selling Tickets Online (hereinafter referred to as: General Terms and Conditions) define the terms and conditions for selling tickets online pursuant to which Liburnija d.o.o., Zadar, as a provider of ticket sales services, will provide online ticket sales services to users via its official website.
These General Terms and Conditions supplement the General Terms and Conditions for Transport Terminal Activities No. 01-1150/16 from November 24, 2016.
The tickets for line passenger transport can be purchased via the official website of Liburnija d.o.o., as mentioned in Article 1 of these General Terms and Conditions. By purchasing tickets online, the user accepts the General Terms and Conditions for Selling Tickets Online, the General Terms and Conditions for Transport Terminal Activities, and the General Transport Terms and Conditions of the selected transport company.
When getting on the bus, the user who has purchased a ticket online must present the relevant ticket, either printed or stored in digital form in his/her digital (smart) device.
When purchasing a round-trip ticket online, the user must book the return trip in accordance with the General Transport Terms and Conditions of the selected transport company.
Online tickets can be purchased no later than one (1) hour before the scheduled bus departure time.
In addition, the online ticket sales system does not allow the purchase of tickets more than thirty (30) days in advance of the scheduled departure.
Considering the technical particularities of the Internet, non-stop availability of all sales modules integrated with the website of Liburnija d.o.o. cannot be guaranteed.
In case of online ticket purchases, the ticket purchase contract is considered made upon delivery of the ticket or successful purchase confirmation via e-mail.
In order to complete the purchase, the user must successfully complete the payment module. Once the payment is made, the ticket will be delivered via electronic mail. If electronic payment is not made, the purchase will be deleted.
Once the user has purchased the ticket, i.e. once the payment transaction has been successfully completed and the ticket and invoice have been sent to him/her via e-mail, it will be considered that the user has accepted the transport contract.
If, when purchasing the ticket, the user selects a particular type of discount, the transport company will have the right to request proof of eligibility for the selected type of discount before allowing the user to get on the bus. In case of failure to prove eligibility for the relevant discount, the user will be required to pay the difference between the discounted and the full ticket price. In such a case, if the user refuses to pay the difference in price, the transport company will have the right to prevent him/her from getting on the bus.
The user who wants to change or return a purchased ticket may do so at the Zadar or Biograd n/M Bus Terminal by completing a Request for Refund form. In such a case, he/she will be required to pay handling charges in the amount of 10% of the ticket price.
Liburnija d.o.o. will inform the relevant transport company that the ticket has been returned or changed, i.e. that it is no longer valid, via e-mail.
Only credit card payments are accepted.
Payment in installments is not possible.
All disputes will be exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia and will be resolved before the court of Zadar having subject-matter jurisdiction.
All attempts to misuse a printed ticket will be reported to the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees that, in case of misuse of a printed ticket, Liburnija d.o.o. will be allowed to use the provided credit card personal data.
The users can submit all online ticket sales related inquiries to the following e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, the answer will be provided within three (3) days from the receipt of the inquiry.
These General Terms and Conditions will be posted on the notice board of Liburnija d.o.o., and on the company’s website www.liburnija-zadar.hr.
These General Terms and Conditions will come into force and take effect on the eight (8th) day from the day on which they are posted on the notice board of Liburnija d.o.o.
